What types of projects do you specialise in?
Wall Architecture undertakes a large portion of residential refurbishment and extension work. It also has experience working in the commercial and education sectors.
How much does a consultation cost?
Initial visit and consultation is free. Upon an understanding of the brief Wall Architecture will provide a fee proposal and services schedule to the client for review
How long does an average project take?
Guidance on the project programme including planning and building regulation determination periods can be explained during or shortly after the initial project start-up meeting.
What Services do you offer and how much will it cost?
Services are fully bespoke, based on a project by project basis where the 'schedule of services' in line with the RIBA Plan of Work will be adjusted to suit. The fee breakdown can cover a typical house survey, a planning submission and a building regs submission. Fees are typically worked out on an hourly, percentage or lump sum rate depending on the size of the project.
